Ok I have a question, does anyone know how we would get our accounts flagged or cancelled? This way we can all avoid doing it, I've heard about it in the past where if a customer calls in alot sprint will actually end up cancelling them, is this true? Does this happen if you always have a problem with your bill and have to call atleasts once every month?

The only people I have ever heard about getting their accounts flagged were the very extreme cases. The approximately 1,000 people who got their accounts canceled in 2007 from calling in to customer service had called in over a thousand times in a 6-month period.

1000 times in a 6-month period? That's like 6 calls every day. Must have been people who really have nothing better to do with their time.

exactly..and some of theme had like $5000 in credits....they were getting paid to use Sprint
