How do you find your plan code? I used *2 and echat, each told me the plan name but not the plan code.

I have the Power Pack Family 1000. According to sprintgurus.com, the plan code is RETLPF1KN but I can't bring it up using the URL.

Are you using google chrome? You can pull codes using that browser. It will be listed in the address bar.

I hear you can use Google Chrome, but it works in Firefox (that I'm using), too.

To find the code(s) for your add-ons:

1. Sign in to your Sprint account

2. Under "Show Me", click > Phone and Plan details

3. (next page "Phone and Plan), to the left, under "Plan add-ons for *your phone number*", one at a time, click the link for each of your add-ons.

4. When that page loads (the link you clicked), the URL will have the code listed within it for that particular add-on.

Example: When I click "PCS Picture Mail", this is the link's URL >>
h-t-t-p-s (to remove link) ://manage.sprintpcs.com/Manage/myportal/MyUSC/PhoneAndPlanDetails/ServiceOptionDetails?sku=PICPACK0&selectedMdn=(your phone number here) &source=detail&canRemove=false&isSubscriber=false&forceAction=true

The info after sku= in bold is that add-on's code.

Does that help? :) ... or not? :(

He/she asked for plan code, not add-on codes. If you login to sprint and click on my plan details. then right click somewhere in that frame that opens and choose get page source. Search for "hiddenplan" Or "plansoc" you should find it. If not sorry, that worked for me in the olden days.

Yeah PerfectHybrid wrote up a great thread about finding it but sadly Sprint just changed some stuff so it could affect it, I personally havnt checked.

Also I've seen some people do not have the "change plan" link required to get to the page that has it BUT you can just manually type in the url and get to it too. I am out of town so I will check into it when I get home.

Alrighty ~ to find PLAN code:

1. Sign in to your Sprint account

2. Under "Show Me" click "Plan & phone details"

3. On the next page, anywhere on that page, right-click and choose "view page source"

4. Under "Edit" use the "Find" option and enter plansoc

5. You'll see an entry along these lines: PlanSoc = "FF1078"
(the entry in quotations will be different from what I've posted ... "FF1078" is the code for this example's plan)

There 'ya go ~ your PLAN CODE :cool:

I just checked and you are right. Since they changed the system around it made it a lot easier.

They store it in the link that builds the chat with a rep button.

Yeah, I am not premier. Three SERO 500 minute plans= $90.00 per month. Missed it by that much. HA!

I'm Premiere and mine says 007, I've got the James Bond loyalty

hmm my credit class is listed as G7 wonder what that is. I don't have a spending limit maybe that is what it is. same line after all the add-on descriptions.

Where do you see the credit class?

it is on the same line as the plan code just scroll over and you will start to see the SOC codes of the ad-ons you have, then it will give the descriptions of those add-ons and then it should say something like classCredit code=

I really wonder what the different credit codes are, it obviously isn't spending limit as previous posts have shown.

Well, just checked mine... and I not only found the plan code... I also found ALL codes attached to my account.. at least I think so :p

Search for "attachSocs" in the source.

PDSB1236E - That's my plan (Everything Data 900 BB)
NWUNL7PM - Unlimited Nights & Weekends 7pm
PDSNAVCO - Guessing this is for Sprint Nav
PDSPIC0 - Guessing this is for Picture Mail
UNTETH - Can't tether (boo!)
B400 - 400 Bonus Anytime Mins
TEP - Self Explanatory ;)

loyaltyAccVal = "007" - I wonder if this is a "rating scale". Like the higher or lower the value means the more pull you have with AS? :lol: Wishful thinking.

Not sure what the credit class or the account type/sub-type represent :confused:
creditClass = "C"
customerAccountType = "C"
customerAccountSubType = "H"

Maybe you can remove UNTETH? Click to remove something else, change the SKU to UNTETH, then set CanRemove to TRUE?

Think that will work?
