Hello All,
Is there a way to get phone usage from Curve such as time life, hours used and so on. I know it was able to be done with other phones by outting in a code. I need it becuase I recieved what is suppoded to be new Curve yesterday in the mail from Sprint. When I opened the box the the phone had fingerprints inside the plastic cover on the screen. The phone is supposed to be a new purchase not a reburbished unit. Also back under the battery are several square boxes with circuit boards inside the metal boxes have traces of brown residue on te seams. Is this normal, I feel like the phone is used and repackaged. I went to a sprint store and explained but they insist the phone is new. Any isight is appreciated

the only way I have found to get anything like that is this.

>press talk button
>press bb button
>scroll down to "status"
>select "status"

there you will find last call and total calls. I believe total calls is in days, hours, minutes, seconds.

I don't know about on a BlackBerry, but the code I always use is ##DATA#. You should be able to see the answer to all of your questions (unless of course it's different for BlackBerrys).
