I am wondering how many different buckets of bonus minutes you all have and is there a maximum number of buckets per line that Sprint allows. Thanks!

I found a code for 400 bonus minutes and tried to have it added via echat...no luck. Rep said code is no longer available in the system :(

To help out just a little, there is no cap on the amount of bonus minutes that you can apply to a specific line or to a specific account. I will show pictures below this showing that 300 nor 500 are caps for bonus minutes. Also, some minutes expire in 12 months, some expire in 24 months, and some are free minutes (not bonus minutes) that apply to the line until it is cancelled or the code is removed. Now for the pics:

I lost the 200 bonus that I have had since 2007, was told that they "expired". I just called in and was told that they can't be any added as there is no code for it. After reading the other posts I do belive I got the run around.

How do the various minutes show in the add-ons?
For example "Free minutes" and "Anytime minutes". Curve said that Free minutes don't expire but what about "Anytime minutes"? Does anybody know if those will expire?

Edit: Just to avoid confusion I don't mean the regular plan anytime minutes I mean "anytime minutes" that were added for a contract renewal.

Mine are separate for each line. Code says shared, but I think that's because it went on a shared line account, instead of all the minutes in a communal pool.

Yes, my plan is a shared plan. I also tried again only to face another failed attempt :frustrate thru e-chat. Will probably try again tomorrow. Will post if I have success:)

Nothing on eChat either. they keep pushing me to family $129 month 1500 minutes.
They are still telling me NO nothing else can be added but "minute relief overage". $10 for 200 minutes, $20 for 400 minutes, or $5 for 100 minutes.

They wont comp BIS, or discount it. BIS packs are "not available for discount". So says Marcus in eChat.

You DO NOT have to have an Everything plan (That's only required for the MIR or a $25 add-on or higher).

ES neither confirmed or denied the Everything plan requirement (I PERSONALLY have a feeling they will require it). I called them trying to plan ahead for what would or would not carry over...

I already had to "upgrade" to Everything 1500 plan to get Instinct, which costs me $129/month, when i used to pay only $89/month.

AS and CS are both telling me they do not add recurring Bonus Mins, and want me to go up to Everything 3000 plan for $189!!! NO WAY IN HELL AM I DOING THAT!!!

Why dont you just bump up to Sero 1250? That way you'll be set for the future.
