I have been a Sprint User since 2002! Long Time w/ Sprint. Let me tell you about the Military appreciation discount. 15% off my bill. It is the same discount as the SERO discount. I had my SERO pulled in January. I called and complained of course, and they told me I need a employees business email address. Well of course I never had that. Not even sure how I became a SERO customer. So i took the bullet and said thank you, as she asked if there was anything else she could me with I told her i need to change my contact email address. Well my email address ends with a .mil. And Poof!!! (yeah I said poof) I am now eligible for a "Job" discount of 15%.
So for all you ppl that are still looking for a discount...use you work email as a contact email address and maybe you'll have the magic suffix that q's you for a discount.:deal:

hey my dad is retired navy and do you think they'll give him the military discount even though hes retired? thnx

Yes they will. My FIL is retired Army and we have it on our account.

you can go to one of these sites to apply your 15% discount...it won't work in addition to SERO plans.
