it's too late to stop the bleeding on the nextel side imo.

sprint doesn't need to "refocus" on the nextel customers. they're going to run away regardless since the service itself isn't going to be worked on. iden only phones are a waste of time, especially with the heavy emphasis on Boost that's also going on.

as a consumer that needs iden, why would i choose a Nextel phone over Boost? the $1/day option is essentially the same price as just an add on for a phone that won't be used for talk. 2 phones sharing a 1400 minute plan is the same as 2 phones on the $50 unlimited.

powersource phones should have been the way to go IMO. but it's been over 2 years since they came and we only got 3 phones. ok that's fine, get the sprint DC phones. but there has only been 5 released, and only 3 really sell - the V950, Pro 700 and the Pro 200. /rant

I agree. why are you calling me imo?? i never tried to defend nextel, actually when i heard last year that sprint might sell nextel i was all for it , i actually hoped that would happen but no, we got a recommittment....:thought:

this fone is great for non smart fone users who use their fones to text, talk,chirp, and takes pictures. the camera quality isnt as good as my centro but has a bettef zoom. the keyboard is great 4text

i would say the keyboard size is right in between a centro and a curves keyboard. which woeks good with my fingers but i prefer a gel type feel like the centros

They freaking need to take out a Windows Mobile phone with the Bleep (Direct Connect) already! Seriously! As Deanwolf stated that its been 3 years since the PowerSource phones came out and we only got like 3. Isn't 3 years enough to have a WM phone with a Bleep? Damn Dan Hesse did say that Sprint will be releasing it and haven't seen nothing yet. I am fan of Sprint/Nextel and always will be but the they need to take out a WM phone with Bleep and see how this babie would sell. Am sure it would sell like crack!

I'm with Nextel and that phone would be nice to have. However, I am switching to Sprint in a month that phone will be to late for me. They should have brought it and the Blackberry out sooner than they did. Poor Nextel.
