My Katana User Guide lists the phone as SPRINT PCS VISION Phone KATANA by Sanyo. It's just over 2 years old. This morning, the problems started with it started calling my last dialed #, unfortunately that's my son who is in high school. Hopefully, his phone is on silent
The keys do not respond as I could not END the call.
Incoming calls sometimes register but I cannot answer
Volume screen displays and the phone continuously vibrates and rings.
The screen is now black but will light up for an incoming call.
I've removed battery and that's about all I can do as the keypad is unresponsive. I don't have TEP, just a chance I've taken these 10 years with Sprint and never had problems. Would like to get this fixed if possible, at least until I figure out how to replace it.
Anyone know how to correct this problem, please let me know. THANKS
