View Full Version : Katana Eclipse X Drops Calls Frequently

I thought I was doing a good thing when I dropped my Verizon service and went exclusively Sprint. I thought I beat the "MAN". Both my wife's and my phone drop calls left and right. Some are actually important! It has been under 2 months I have had them and I am not happy with the speaker quality and the antenna (dropped calls). Is there anything I can do at this point? I already went into a new contract and it will cost 200.00 to get out of it. I just want to change the phone to better quality ones of the same class. I have been with Sprint for 12 years straight. Please advise, thanks.
