For all of your Katana Eclipse users who hate the One Click UI on their phone and would like to get rid of it and use the basic UI we are all use to here is what you need to do
1. You need to type ##3282# on your phone
2. Go down until you get to to XUI
3. Hit edit
4. Type in your MSL It is a 6 digit number (I got my MSL when I activated my Lotus online at Sprint.com, but if you want to you can call customer service and ask for it. Some reps won't give it so keep trying or you can take an old Sprint phone and swap the phone with your Lotus and then a few hours later Go to Sprint.com and swap it back to the Lotus using the Activate on line feature on their site, you will then get your MSL and you can print it out)
5. Turn UXI off
6. Hit the End button
The phone will then turn itself off and then back on by itself. After this happens you will see the basic Sanyo UI. instead of the One Click!!
Hope it helps!

No, it is a 6 digit code. If you activated your phone online then you were given the msl code and it gave yo the option to print it out. Your gonna have to get it from a rep. or if you have another phone you can swap the older phone on the account for a few hours and then swap it back online and when you do that you'll have the opportunity to see and prin the msl code. It won't say MSL code but it is the 6 digit code.

Cool worked great, but I have one more question.
I had a silver eclipse for a while which didn't have one click until i updated the firmware, then i did but i had the sprint guy at the store remove it for me. The silver one also had an option to program the buttons. Like i could click the left arrow and it would go to my calander if i click right it would go to my contacts and so on, you could easily program it to have these shortcuts.
Now that i have the black eclipse X i can't find any options on how to program these shortcuts like the silver eclipse. Any ideas?

Yeah it is like that on Lg Lotus. I removed the One Click and realaized the he option to change the direction pad was not there. I am guessing that since Sprint never expected us to use this UI that the funtion was never put into the phone. They expected us to use the One Click that has all the favorite things you want right on the front screen so there was no need to have that option. It is somethng I am dealing with. I actually just use the Favorites button and put all my shortcuts in there and it works great!!
