Just yesterday when I power-cycled my phone, a Katana LX, my browser stopped displaying pages. I dumped the cache and cookies and that helped, but it still takes 4 minutes or more (if at all) to bring up a page.

Does anyone know a solution?

Report the issue to tech support is all I can suggest.
