I have it. Its not a bad phone, but its not the greatest. OS 4.6 is amazing, especially the fact it has MMS. Iden data speed sucks, but wifi helps make up for it. 2MP Camera has pretty good quality to it. Loads of apps out there to download. What I really hated was my first one was bad. I was patiently awaiting the release of it, even ordered it at 12:24am on release day, got it two days later and had a bunch of problems. Got a new one, no issues, yet. If this one craps out, I'm going to turn this phone into two. I will just get the 8330 for all my data goodness and get the i776 for PTT. However, right now, I love the fact that I only need to carry one phone for all my needs. :)

There is a noticeable difference in the browser speed from what I could see when i played with our demo for a day. But that is a given. As far as the rest of the device went on data I could hardly see and difference on apps that were not data intensive. Obviously i didn't try to watch you tube videos but apps like viigo, myspace, facebook and live search all worked just about the same.

I did notice the 8350 took a cleaner picture than my 8330. But that is just my thoughts.

Wifi is amazingly fast depending on signal. Just like a laptop would be. You do have to set up each connection with password, etc. Not too hard at all. Scan for network, type password if needed, hit connect. Personally, I believe the speeds on this phone is faster than my i930 was on the internet. Maybe I'm crazy, but it does seem a little bit faster (on data, not wifi...obviously).

Great,

After you have your networks set up does it seamless jump to each point?

i like the phone.

just don't like it as much as CDMA curve because if i'm doing anything data related, my calls go straight to voicemail

How is google maps on this? I read there were problems with the GPS/my location feature. Are you guys having the same problems? I think im going to switch from the 800w to the 8350i. I dont really use the browser as much as I thought I would when I upgraded from the 7100i because the screen is just too small to really do anything. Personally I think I liked my 7100i better than 800w. The only thing I really like about the 800w is how well google maps works, especially when I'm in the city and I need subway routes. Its really crucial that google maps with gps works with the 8350i before I make the switch.

I have an 8350i. What would you like to talk about?
