Call History for Samsung Rant?

Has anyone been having issues with their call history for the Rant? The manual says that the last 150 calls are logged, however from what I can tell from the log, only the last 5-10 calls are logged for me in the Recent History list? Am I going to the wrong section? Is there an option I should be checking?

If yours is working, can you please post your settings? Or if they're not working, I'm just wondering if this is a problem for everyone or just a few.

I also had this problem with the Rant. I called Sprint and after several times on hold, they figured out that my phone did not have the most recent software. You need to to this:

Go to Menu
>TOOLS
>>UPDATE PHONE
>>>UPDATE FIRMWARE.


This will then check for the latest software. It takes about 5-10 minutes to update, then automatically update your phone.

If you check you version:

MENU
>SETTINGS
>>PHONE INFO
>>>VERSION

the S:ES.M540 should say "CB23" (as of April 7, 2009)

to have the most recent software. Mine said "BK03" so I had to update.
