Two words: Executive Services. If you have an in depth problem & no one has been able to resolve it, look into contacting this arm of Sprint.

You can try to search for it? It might be in some of the stickies?

I have tried to call them at some point in time & it seemed that it just brought me to retention/AS. They were able to fix my problem, so in the end I didn't really need ES.

Maybe someone else can chime in with the correct phone?
