Hello everyone, I am a random agent working in one of the many tech centers for Sprint. I do greatly understand the issue where Sprint Navigation keeps asking you to pay for it even when its on your account (whether its included with the 30$ pack or talk message data or simply everything). I come across this a lot and to be completely honest we cannot figure out what to do in the end if reprovisioning the account doesnt work?? End result we create whats called a CTMS ticket. Ive tried finding if we have any sort of Sprint Navigation Tool but unfortunately have yet to come across any hint of such a thing.
Bottom line, if you are continuing to have such issue, and PERCHANCE have gotten it to work, can you discuss what you did to get it to work? If someone was on with tech support might you remember what was done to rectify the issue? Thanks and all input is appreciated :)
