I'd like some tips on how I should ask for a better plan from Sprint. Everything is so expensive nowadays, and I'm a college student.

My current plan:
Fair and Flex 800 (most likely only use ~300-400 minutes per month)
3 lines (2 lines are out of contract, 1 still has 3 months to go)
7 pm NW
mobile to mobile
discount of 13% (was reduced from 18% recently) :(

My phone is dying (including my parents as well), and therefore am looking for a good phone deal as well, I've got my eye on Samsung, but am now having a hard time deciding between the m520 and the RANT, both of which are going for $50. I'd like to get 3 phones cheaper. If I get the RANT, I think I'd also like to get texting for free (I don't need a ton, since I'm not a texter to begin with, but it is helpful in certain situations).

How should I go about doing this? How do you ask for certain discounts/freebies? Can I use the leverage that because they got rid of my 5% that I should get free texting? I only use text now when I absolutely have too...$0.20 per text. But if they do give me a certain number, I'd definitely use it more.

Please help! THanks.

Log on to sprint and contact e-care and explain you are a long customer and would like to add 500 free text on each of the phone.

After they respond, call *2 and try to reach telesales. Get $70 credit for each line and your phone would be better than free.
