View Full Version : palm treo 755p vision services update problem

i just got a 755p and when i try to use any internet app such as on demand or ie, a screen pops up that says "your phone must be configured for vision services, etc.." so i go ahead and click "now" to continue. then the phone updater comes up but it fails. a screen comes out that states "update incomplete. a data connection could not be established to configure your phone for vision services." is this a software or firmare problem? any ideas on how to fix it or should i take it down to my local sprint store so they can take a look at it?
