Technically, no. However, until Sprint changes the language in the international texting section (http://search.sprint.com/inquiraapp/ui.jsp?ui_mode=answer&prior_transaction_id=1696693&iq_action=5&answer_id=16777219&highlight_info=16777243,6,23&turl=http%3A%2F%2Fnextelonline%2Enextel%2Ecom%2Fen %2Fservices%2Fworldwide%2Fintl_txt_msg_from_us%2Es html%3Fid16%3Dinternational_text#__highlight) of their website, I have been getting mine free of charge. Even several Sprint Worldwide Reps have admitted that the site's language is self-contradictory. So, until they remove that "What you need" section, that was clearly cut and pasted from domestic, andi you have unlim. text, your's should be free.

Once you get a Rep that agrees with you, have them notate your acct. Better yet, chat with Sprint Worldwide online and get it in writing.:deal:
