I am currently on sprints new Talk/Message/Data Share plan 1500 and pay 129.99 + 19.99. I have been in contract with sprint for 4 years now and am coming up to renewal time. I was on my wife's sprint account before that, for a total of 8 years between us.(we switched names on account due to my employee discount of 15%) I have never dealt with retentions and feel that my current plan is crap for 8 years of paying sprint top dollar. My old plan was 700 shared 300 txt + data 2 lines.
I feel I have a legitimate reason to ask for a retention plan, so should I wait another month until I'm out of contract for more leverage or go for it now? I presented this to the Sprint loyalty dept., and they basically said take it or leave it.
I read the sticky on retention plans, but am curious what I should be asking for, and what I can expect from Sprint. Thanks for your comments.:1zhelp:

Just ask... *2, Cancel.

Seems like lurking here the last month or so it's take whatever Sprint can get you. If you don't like it, say thank you for the offer. Sad thing is, some of the good plan seems to be very hard to get. Good Luck.
