OK here is the deal..I am 1 month away from being out of contract. I am on the everything family share program which is 1500 min for 129.99 + 19.99 for third line. Sprint to home is my only freebie (woot). This would be my second time renewing under my name...4 years ago we switched from account in wife's name to my name for 15% employee discount through my employer. grand total would be 8 years with sprint.
I called the loyalty department today and tried to explain this to them, and asked if they could offer me a better deal. The csr would not budge. My question is, should I just let my contract expire and try again?
Any ideas would be appreciated.:1zhelp:

The new Sprint will not budge on a better deal on your plan. Now they just give $50, $75, or if you are lucky $150 creadit for a new 2 year contract.

my old plan was ending on 11/11/08 (2300min fam share @ $109.00) and I call last week to see what they had to offer and they gave me the 1500min fam share plan with unlim text on all lines and data on my phone for $99.00 plus $9.99 per add line (I have 4 lines) plus $70.00 per line credit and 200 bonus min per line. this seems good to me.

I currently have something similar to you but I pay 89 - 20 for the 1500 fam in addition to unlimited txt/N and W @ 6/lines 3 and 4/additional 200 min per line for free.
