I have been with sprint 2 yrs and to be quite honest, I had hell over high water problems with this company. In order for me to keep this post short, lets just say I had reps lying to me about the affiliate market crap and the roaming policy. But anyway what deals could I get when I call retentions to reup (if I want to), to be quite honest would I have to have some good incentives to stay with sprint, after all the **** I went through when I first got the service.
I haven't called retentions yet, but wanted to ask the community what they thought. I currently have the 550 family pack plan, with no data, text, or any other features just voice. Could I get a deal on the 1500 family plan pack? I currently have a 23% work discount.
Thanks

what else do you really want if you get the 1500 minute text/message share for two phones you are getting that for 75.00, and if you re-up you would probably get a deal on a phone.

Do you guys think I could get a decent deal on the 1500 talk/message/data plan? As in any other incentives than my work discount? For the first 3-4 mos of service every bill was wrong. Everything is pretty good now (cross your fingers :).
The reason why I didn't leave initially, because there weren't any other carriers that would service my address. I wasn't about to go with centinneal wireless. Verizon, ATT, US cellular, Tmoblie(I know) wouldn't service my address, just sprint. Also 3-4 months in the game also meant paying the ETF.
Do you think I should jump ship to VZ? I really do like the LG Dare but their plans are very expensive compared to sprint. I also have my Mom to consider as she shares a line on my account for the family pack plan. Her contract on her phone won't be up til' next December.
Any suggestions would be great! Thanks in advance!!

I wouldn't choose a carrier based on a phone...if I did that I would of went to AT&T long ago and got the iphone...I really like sprint's service and coverage and the majority of my friends have sprint so mobile to mobile is nice...anything is possible if you talk to retentions...just be courtious and explain your problem and situation and they'll try and help you out...Don't just call them up demanding all kinds of stuff...that usually don't work and they'll send you packing with a quickness. Also it depends on the representative you get also...

Verizon supposedly has the best network. I wouldn't go with centennial to having heard horror stories about that company. Sprint's service is good but I have areas where it doesn't work.

you can try to talk them into giving you an airwave for free if you have broadband access....a lot of users on here have gotten it for free on here after complaining about the signal and such...I haven't tried it since I pretty much have service all the time unless im driving in the woods or something...
