I have a Mogul (Sprint). How do I get my text messages to be viewed in a Chat Style view versus the normal individual incoming messages view? I was told I need a program that needs to be downloaded to my phone. Does anyone know if this is true or not? Thanks.

ROM version 6.1 does the trick

You can get 6.1 from HTC's website. It'll erase everything though so back up your data that you don't want to loose.

Does this mean...that it also erases pics, videos and Downloaded ringers too?

Yes. It erases everything. Pretty much brings it back to the point when you first got the phone.

Yes, but those are just files. You can copy them to a storage card, you can copy them via activesync to your desktop, etc... just copy them back after flashing.

You will lose all settings, all personalizations, all contacts, call history, txt messages, etc. All that can be backed up as well, either on the phone (pimbackup is what you should google for, or sprite backup) or in the cloud (dashwire will do it)

Wm6.1 is worth it. The mogul works way better with it.
