I posted a while back that I renewed for a year and got a $70 credit and PICK3. Well the credit only came for $40 and I'm a patient man so I figured the other $30 would come on the next bill...but it didn't. So I call retentions to fix it and the CSR responded right away, she was sorry for the mistake and she would fix it. She ends up giving me another $70 and this one showed the full amount right away. I tell her while I'm on the phone that I would like to order the Touch Diamond, but it's a little out of my price range. She says she can help and starts the order then tells me that the phone will be $370. I wanted to know if she could credit me the MIR right away instead of waiting for it; she tells me no because it's from HTC and not Sprint. I ask if I could speak to someone else that might be able to help me out further. Her supervisor gets on the line and I explain my story again and here's what she does for me: she lowers the price of the phone to $199 then gives me an additional discount of $70. That's $130 for my dream phone and I'm very pleased! On top of that she tells me that I will get the $100 MIR once the phone is activated. Sprint definitely has a satisfied customer in me.:clap:
