Wirelessly posted (Curve 8330: BlackBerry8330/4.5.0.77 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/104)
There is no need for a program like PDAnet for the blackberry. As long as you have some kind of vision package for service then you shod be able to hook it right up. Of course. You have to us the sprint software.

Are you saying that you don't understand the difference between using pdanet and paying for PAM?

I do understand the difference the difference between the two. Its just with the blackberries you don't have to pay additional kb charges for using your phone as PAM. As long as you have some sort of PV plan then you'll be fine.

I just got the 8330 and downloaded the software for PAM use and it worked. Not fast for uploading. Not sure if I will be billed for it since I have the "simply everything plan" most people told me its free but not to abuse it. But it does say :Phone as modem or tethering: not included.Corporate, government or special discounts: Do not apply.
