I was wondering if anyone here knows how to petition or complain to Sprint expand Power Vision coverage to one's area. I'm baffled on how they even decide where or if it should be expanded onto certain markets. At first, I thought maybe they did it by population however when on the web looking at EVDO listings and the coresponding population, there are MANY places that have far LESS people there and they have Sprint Power Vision access. Probably over the last 5 years or so several Sprint Store employees have told me that it would be in my area "soon" but it has yet to materialize. Does anyone know who I can call or email to find out if they are really gonna get it here ever? Is there somewhere the customers in my area can petition/complain to Sprint in mass for this expansion? Sprint's major competitors in my area (AT&T and Verizion) have high speed networks in this area. What's up with that Sprint!?

if the other providers have the service you want shouldn't you go with them? I would.

Yeah, I hear ya. When it was time for my upgrade, I tried a couple of the other carriers here but the phones and especially the pricing of their plans with data were just so much more expensive than what I was getting with Sprint. I would call myself a heavy phone users and with one of the carriers I could potentially double my monthly bill by switching. That was just the major problems that I was having. With AT&T here the problem was dead spots and dropped calls. With Verizion it was those very pricey plans if you truely wanted everything. I'm mostly satisfied with Sprint and have been with them for many years. High speed data is the missing link for me. :-(

I have the same problem. My hometown isn't the smallest town in America, but it's still pretty small in it's own right. There was EV-DO there wherever I went and it was clear and strong. Now in a much larger college town, EV-DO is really sketchy, especially in my apartment. I'm not a big fan, as I use my phone for just about everything I do and chicks are really impressed that I have vast amounts of information at my fingertips. That last part was a joke. Anyhoo, it's frustrating that sometimes I have to wait for Google to load a map that I desperately need, because I don't know my way around this place hardly at all. I was thinking of calling myself. If I complain enough, they have to build a new one, right?

Who or where do we complain to? Email address? Phone number? Web site? I want something that I can complain to the people that make the network provisioning and expansion decisions for my area. Thanks.
