I used to receive a monthly recurring $5 service credit, but it was removed recently because it had expired. I e-mailed several times regarding this and each time I was credited for the month and told the credit was added onto the account once again. This month however the rep e-mailed me back saying they can't add this credit to my account any longer because of my current employee discount. This was also the same case after I had spoken with someone who said they'd add it to my account if I were to renew for another 2 years... which I did! Am I getting jerked around or are they speaking the truth?

Correct. Stacking of discounts and credits on an account with an employee discount is barred by the system.

Good lord, why? I just lost 2 - $5/mo. credits and I'm sure I will lost two other $5/mo. credits very soon. It sucks!
I guess there is no point in calling in or contacting eCare if they can't do anything to add that back.

Over the past 6 months my $5 credit and my 5% loyalty discount disappeared.
The telephone reps said they couldn't do anything but e-care agreed to reinstate the 5% discount.

They are offering most people $70 up front to reup for 2 years. I think you are being nice to Sprint to save them $10 and allow the 12 month layaway payment schedule.

I'm still receiving my $5/month credits for my Airave usage, including the bill I just received the other day for this month. Although, I'll check next month to see what happens.

Is the NPV allowed on all lines on an account? I mean phone and air card?
Or is NPV just on one line and a discount could go again other phone lines or air card?
Thanks

On a chat with them now about this same issue. I have emails with confirmations about getting the $5 credit each month if I renewed for two years. Now they're saying it's not available. The rep keeps going to speak to her "supervisor". ***!

Well, two hours later (literally) and no luck getting this cleared up. They will have someone from the "Account service department" contact me by phone. The explanation they gave me was that business accounts (employee discount) do not qualify for the $5 Airave service credit. They know that retentions had offered it to me and had me sign a 2 year contract, but... they weren't able to fix it on their end. I'm speechless...
At least I was using chat (and was able to multi-task) instead of being on the phone for 2 hours!

They are full of crap. If they are saying the reason you can't get your Airave discount, is because you have a NVP, they're wrong. I have both.

Thanks for posting that man. I really appreciate it. I copied down the credit line, "Loyal Cust AIRAVE Coverage Crd -$4.99" and hope to use it during my "negotiations"...whenever they call me back!

Some time ago I called & asked about the airave credit. The first retention guy said they recently (as of August if I recall correctly) made a change in the system where it normally wouldn't allow "stacked" discount such as NVP & a $5 Airave credit, but made this type of combination of discounts allowable. This is of course me paraphrasing & cliff noting, but that's the jist of it. I did find out that this particular airave discount is good for 24 months only.
Good luck!
