retention number

I know ive searched all over the forum and yes there used to be a direct number to them until recently, or at least the one i had no longer works, can anyone help me out, i dont wanna call CS everytime and wait forever and explain to them everytime i wanna cancel to be connected to the retentions department. Any help would be appreicated, thanks

Keep in mind you probably wont get deals like in the past. I know of many people who called threatening to leave and they replied with "would you like me to cancel now for you?"

oh no i never said im gonna threaten them, i used to do that and to be honest, it really doesnt help much, imagine you being on the recieving end, i know id be like the hell with you your line is cancelled, need help with anything else? lol

The 1st thing they ask when you call that # is if you plan on cancelling

and if not, I thought they put you back in the que for regular CS. You almost have to say "yes" or get kicked out. Unless you are already on a retention plan then they should deal with you.

well most of the times they say, 'You were directed to us because we were going to loose your business' or something of that sort. I usually am, well yea i talked to the previous rep and they said this and that and im not really happy with that and asked to cancel if that cannot be taken care of. At that point theyre usually willing to help, I mean i say it in a nice way not, Give me free texts or else! lol
