How do you do phone swap?

I ordered a touch diamond via retentions because they said they wont know when pro is coming out. I want to switch out to the pro. I already extended the contract 2 years so I want to just switch to the pro when it comes out. Will I be able to do it in store or will I have to ship it back within 30 days? Also, is it 30 days from the date I get it shipped to my house or 30 days from activation? They billed my account the total (so I dont have to worry about mir), so when I switch to the pro, I expect to pay the $29-$90 difference (whatever it may be). Thanks in advance.

From my experience, it's 30 days from when the inital order was placed. You should have probably waited for the Pro if you really wanted it.

I'm pretty sure it'll be available by the 9th. If not, I'll tell them to swap it out anyways as people have been getting that to work.

I really didn't want to have to cycle through the diamond and then to the Pro but the lady was giving me an offer for the phone via retentions so I didn't want to lose out on the chance as its YMMV.
