Regarding the Sprint Mobile Email application that comes on the newer phones: do emails actually get pushed to the phone, or is it 'pulled' on a user defined schedule?

What about Sprint Mobile Email WORK using OWA? Is this direct push? Also, do contacts sync when using OWA w/ a Exchange 2007 account?

Can anyone report on real world use of either the Sprint Mobile Email or the Sprint Mobile Email WORK applications?

it does send the messages to your phone as received, its not so much "push" though as sprint auto checks the mail and pulls it to you - the rest i dunno about :)
