I have a webserver program set up, I have a static IP with my sprint connection card but I am not able to reach it over the public internet (can't even ping it). I have had a hard time finding out if sprint has any ports block, ect. Wondering if anyone has any information on this?

That would be an easy way to get your contract terminated...

but sprint blocks many ports including 80, 23 and other popular ones similarly to many isps

you can try nonstandard ports like 82, 1014 etc., just be careful with how much you use the connection, sprint explicitly says running servers with their connection is not allowed

Thanks for that, I have spent about 2-3 hrs + researching that, I finally called sprint tech support today before I seen your response and they didnt know whether or not port 80 was blocked. You have no idea how much you helped me. Thanks again!!!
