Well here is my situation-

Yesterday i washed my phone and it was on and i figured it was shot so I decided to give sprint a call and see what they could do. They gave me a deal on the newest katana.... not sure what it is called... and the total is like 150 with 50 MIR... my washed phone was only eligible for the 75 $ upgrade and it was eligible for the 150$ in may... So i went ahead and bought that phone and it will be here the 7th. Now I have seen that they are coming out with new phones soon and I think I would rather have the rant than the katana since I do alot of texting. Can i send the katana back within 30 days and get the credit of 150 that i paid along with the other money they gave me off? Is there any restrictions on the 30 day return or no matter what 30 days if your not satisfied no matter how you used the phone?

thanks for the help

I think you can return, but you wont get your mail in rebate. Also, if you did an upgrade and they renewed your contract, you may or maynot be able to get back! Technically you should be able to still keep the $150 credit as long as you mention that you are returning the phone and are gonna get another phone. I think its eazier if you just do an exchange instead of a return and get it again so you can save the 150 in the system and dont have to go with the hassle of resetting your upgrade etc..
