Vision Homepage Down?

For the last 24hrs or so I've been getting the old generic PowerVision homepage instead of the new one. Anyone else?

I have noticed the same thing. I am getting the generic one with no way to log into or see my account. I also cannot use Sprint TV or On Demand.

What URL are you normally using? Ever since I switched to the 800w, the homepage is something called "powerdeck" which is absolutely 100% useless.

mine will not work either, also my email will not update on my phone. I called tech support and they said they will try a remote fix and call me back in 48 hours.

Sounds like it's a network glitch rather than our phones. The url I'm getting now is the old vision.sprintpcs.com. The new web, which I had until a day or so ago, was cw.sprintpcs.com/cw

I also can't access my account via my phone, and Sprint TV is out too. OnDemand/Pocket Express works fine. Sprint must be having a major server outage-either that or some type of prolonged upgrade.

Yeah but the most puzzling part is the other phone on my account is working perfectly, she had me do several resets I'll wait for tommarows call but I am getting all of the same symptoms as you.

I tried several resets and updated my Vision Profile to no avail. It's got to be Sprint. Are both your phones PowerVision? My husband's phone just has regular Vision and it's fine, but my PowerVision phone has the generic webpage, no account access and no Sprint TV.

I'm just vision and I've just activated the phone last week.

My Treo 755p is on Sero but I get Power Vision and until yesterday had the homepage where I could see my account. Now it says that it is the generic home page. I am in Philly, and Sue you are in NYC. Maybe it is an east coast thing.

Sprint TV will not work, nor On Demand. Updating the vision profile which helped me once before when this happened did nothing.

It could be! It defintely sounds like a PowerVision related server outage.

This morning it is fixed!! I was so happy to see the normal homepage. Hope all is well for you as well! I was so glad to find this post cause I thought I was the only one and might have done something stupid to fix it.:)

I am glad to hear it! Thanks again for posting as it helped me a lot to realize I was not the only one. I had posted other places and not found anyone with the problem.

Sorry to hear that sprinter1. Mine was that way for about a day. I am pretty sure it is coming from the Sprint side so hopefully they will get to fix it where you are soon. I found it frustrating not to be able to get to my account.
