Hello all,

Here's my story. I'm afraid that i'm going to be locked into a two year contract with a useless blackberry.

I'm on the $40 1000min F+C plan. My contract expired sometime around July and my recurring credits were eliminated. In august, I decided to try the Blackberry with the intention of seeking some sort of dispensation as to not defect to the iphone.

Well last Friday was the 30th day. On Friday, all Sprint computers were down and the retail store closed at 7pm. Tuesday (9/23) was the earliest I could call account services.

Originally I said I just wanted to revert back to my old KRZR and return the blackberry. The rep. was kind enough to give me the $25 Vision pack for $9 or $10 bucks.

Out of confusion I somehow thought that the $9 or $10 package was the BIS allowing me to keep my Blackberry.

After asking if I could get a BIS discount, the rep checked for like 10 minutes and then said there was nothing. She also said that normal BIS package is $40 to which I thought it was normally $30. She then said Sprint doesn't give recurring credits anymore and couldn't find a Blackberry discount code.

Help guys! Can I get a discounted BIS package? More importantly, can I return my Blackberry 8330 back to a retail store after 33 days?

Please give me some insight and guidance!

thanks!
