View Full Version : Help !!! Cannot unblock SMS Messages

In the last 2 months, I have used my Sprint.com account to block SMS messages from certain phone #s.

Yesterday, I went back to my Sprint.com account to check on the #s I blocked. I found out that the blocked #s were no longer showing in my Sprint.com account.

What can I do to unblock (some of) these #s?

Sprint technical services has been very unhelpful.

maybe it takes a billing cycle to clear?

No, it will be blocked forever if Sprint doesnt fix, the same thing happened to me. I used to be able to block txts online and I blocked a certain person's number, after a while the feature in the txt messages portion of my Sprint.com went away! I chatted with ecare and they asked for my login to see that the option wasn't there and they somehow fixed to where the texts were unblocked, but i never received the feature to block again.

yep, you should use ecare to unblock the # until sprint fixes their braindead service.

As expensive as SMS is, you'd think they could afford to hire a couple highschoolers to code their backend services right.
