I just talked to retentions, the best they can offer me is $200 and thats with a $100 MIR. I've been with SERO for over 3 years and over 4-5y before that and my contract is over.
Whats the best yall have got? What method did you use to get that price?

Free after billing issues with my bill the phone was going to cost me 150 though.(350-100 renewal credit-100 instant credit didnt want to deal with the mail in rebate), but then they messed up my whole plan and with credits left and right to get the bill how it was before the phone came out free.

I bought the 800w for $200.00 out the door at Best Buy, no mail in rebates at all. I usually an leery of shopping there, but it was the best price. I was in a Sprint store a half hour earlier and they wouldn't price match, didn't even try to make the sale, so I headed to Best Buy.
I love the 800w, it's sooooo much beytter than the Palm OS I had used for the longest time.

Was OOC, renewed with regular CSR 2 weeks ago, asked about Treo 800W upgrade for 2 lines, mentioning that letstalk.com has it for $149.99 for new accounts, she incredibly offered 2 Treo 800W's for $69 each. Also added new 3rd line with an offered free Touch. Immediately took that offer. No mention of cancelling, request for retention or any pressure or anything else. Very, very, very pleased and painless this time. I believe price offered to you will depend on 1) luck of which CSR you get, 2) how big your current plan is and 3) credit rating. Best of luck to you.

Been a Sprint customer since 2003, started with the $99 F&C 2000 Family Plan. Then received a good value 2-line retention plan in 2006 that wasn't particularly high, but only used average 250 minutes total per month from the pool of 1200. So maybe we were still very profitable for Sprint.
