View Full Version : Can't access "My Account" (No handler)

Up until today I have had no problem accessing My Account on my computer or phone. I have had no problem with my phone accessing the internet, TV, navagation, or anything else. Today everything is working including account info via a computer but when I try to access My Account on the phone I get the message: "No handler" A handler is needed to use this content type. It gives me 2 options 1) Get Handler 2) Cancel. When I click on either option nothing happens. I'm sure if I called Sprint they wouldn't have a clue what I'm talking about If anybody has a solution to this problem it will be appreciated.
