As a special Sprint customer, you are eligible for additional rewards and benefits. Look for the icon. It all begins here

What is this? Am I special or does everyone have this:)

Also when I click view offers..the page appears blank:(

I have the same thing... it just appeared today.

They are probably doing stuff to the website and it showed up for people it wasn't supposed to. :(

I have to laugh at that... I got the same thing and was wondering what that was about. Maybe it's Sprint's new customer satisfaction tactic... Keep those customers from leaving by saying they're Premiere.

I guess time will tell, since it's a new thing?

Noticed the same on two of my accounts? I called CS and they don't know, said I might be nearing eligibility for Premier Benefits. Since this is happening with other people, I wonder. My oldest line does hit anniversary date on 9/19/08.

I have the same notification on my account and the link goes to a page that is essentially blank with no offers.

I have been with sprint since 2000 and have 5 lines with a NVP discount and loyalty discount stacked. I hope it's true because that Touch Diamond or Pro sure would be a tempting upgrade :)

Wow just noticed I have that on my account as well. Been with Sprint since 1999.
But like most of you- the link- doesn't lead to any special offers.

If you got the Track Back Stickers in the mail, then you are Premier, it Sprint's way of rewarding those of us who have been with Sprint for a long time.

There are several feature for those who are Premier. Just do a :search: and you will find all of the benefits.

One of the benefits is special offers on-line. I'm sure they are just launching this application and that is why it show nothing. When I log it it says done but with Errors on the page.

So did we figure out if people who get this link but its blank are really Premier customers or not? IE Is it a bug like the Best Buy Premier Black card I got an email for last week, then the day later another email saying Sorry, you suck, that wasn't meant for you?

Has anyone who has logged in today NOT seen the 'Benefits for Sprint Premier customers' link (which is then blank)? If everyone's getting it then I'm pretty confident its just a glitch.. build us up so they can tear us down!

We've been with Sprint with the current account number since 1999 I think. I noticed this appeared too, and thought it was special

Then I logged into my gf's Sprint account (she just signed up like 2 months), and then noticed she had it too :(

I received a package in the mail from Sprint several months ago telling me I was a "Premiere Customer." It says, ...

Your loyalty deserves to be recognized and rewarded. That's why we're pleased to announce your new status as one of our Spring Premiere customers. Now you're entitled to unique rewards and benefits you won't find anywhere else.

Sprint Premiere Upgrade: Eligible customers with service on the same device for more than 12 consecutive months may be eligible for $150 instant savings with a renewed 2-year agreement.
Sprint Premiere Plan Flexibility: When making a plan change, no contract extension is required beyond the initial six-month period covered by The Right Plan Promise when the new calling plan is an equal or greater dollar value.
One-Time Accessories 25% Savings Offer: Limited to one accessory per customer at participating Sprint Stores only.

This sounds all well and good, but today I tried to use the $150 upgrade offer, and they would not honor it. I called four times to four different numbers; one had no idea what I was talking about, the other three all said that this offer is available 12 months after you become a Premiere Customer. Honestly, I think this directly conflicts with what was sent in the mail.

I'll try again tomorrow, too, just to be sure, but if this is all true, this is a crock. It's only a tactic to keep the carrot just far enough in front of you so you can smell it, but you can't quite eat it.

Nice marketing ... :irked:

I am one. As far as I can tell I am eligible for a $10 or $15 discount on some specific bluetooth ear bud. Or something like that. Apparently I can get some ringtones too. Not for free mind you, just 'special' ones. Who knows. Who cares. I get "Platinum Customer" direct mailing cards from the Toyota dealership too. My super special reward is, I can make service appointments just like everyone else for the same price everyone else pays.

Hey Guys - I posted this in the general discussion forum as well. Thought you might be interested in this if you haven't been over there yet:

Ok guys, I'll tell you how I just took advantage of the 1-year phone upgrade deal that is included in the Premier Customer program. The link showing the rewards finally worked for me today and it said you get a $150 credit towards a new phone every 12 months instead of the standard 22. This is great for me because my phone has been having screen problems and I don't have any kind of protection plan on the phone.

So I first called my local Sprint store to ask them about this deal and they advised me to contact customer service. I then called customer service and the guy I talked to hadn't even heard of a Premier program...imagine that. He put me on hold to ask his supervisor about it, then he said he was transferring me to sales to see if they could help me. I talked with a really nice lady in sales who put me on hold for about 5 minutes after I told her about the Premier Customer program, and when she came back on the line she said she talked to the "national sales group" and had them override the anniversary date on my account so that I could upgrade my phone now instead of next April. I knew what phone I wanted already, so I ordered my phone directly through her and I got it at the new customer price listed on the website. Hooray!

Here is the catch though - I had to order my phone with the sales dept over the phone, at least that's what she told me. She said the store couldn't override my acct to add the discount code, and they couldn't set it up to where I could just place my order online. It was still a great deal though. I could choose from any phones they had available on the Sprint website and I got the $150 discount, plus the mail-in rebate.

If any of you want to claim your credit for a new phone, I suggest going this route since it worked for me.

Thanks.

Did you get new customer price plus $150 discount plus mail in rebate?
E.g. Phone is $499. New customer price is $299 plus $100 mail in rebate, making the new customer final price $199. But for you do you get $299 less your $150 discount and then still get mail in rebate $100 making your final price $49.

No, I just got the new customer price, plus the mail in rebate. If you go to Sprint's main web page and search for all phones, the price you will get is the final price listed next to all the phones. Like I said, great deal for me because my phone is broken and I didn't have insurance on it. This Premier Customer thing kept me from having to pay full price for a new phone or deal with searching for a used phone on the net.

I hope you guys get the same thing. It's a little disheartening knowing that neither the stores nor customer service reps know what this program is, but maybe the sales department will be everyone's savior. Who would've guessed that?

my boyfriend got a mailing regarding the Sprint Premier program and when i log into his account and click the link, I get a page describing the benefits of the program. When I log into my acct, I get a blank page like most of you.

when I called sprint on his behalf, they said that I could get the treo 800w at the new customer price, even though he hasn't had his current phone for 2 yrs (also contract hasn't expired). So... it does look like after 1 yr, they give you the option to get a new phone when you renew for another 2 yrs.

Benefits described on the Sprint Premier page for those who don't have access to it:
Fast Forward to Your Future Phone
As a Sprint Premier customer, receive a new phone upgrade every year. That’s almost a year earlier than the New For You(TM) Upgrade Program offer.
After 1 year of service with the same phone
* Get up to $150 good towards the primary handset on your account with a new 2-year Sprint subscriber agreement
* Up to $75 off a new handset with a new 1-year Sprint subscriber agreement
* No upgrade fee or shipping when you upgrade online

NOTE: Your early upgrade benefit may not be visible until the actual month of eligibility. Your eligibility will appear on the "Phones" page of the online Upgrade process.

Plan Flexibility
No worries. Life changes and now your calling plan can too.
As a Sprint Premier Customer, any time you make a plan change, feel free to try it out. If you aren’t fully satisfied, change your plan online at anytime without extending your Subscriber Agreement. No time limits, no restrictions. Just the freedom to find the plan that's best for you.

Loyalty Rewards
As a Sprint Premier customer, enjoy special benefits and rewards any time of the year.

Sports, Music, and Entertainment!
Exclusive VIP experiences for you.
Free Ringers, Screen Savers, Games and more are yours for the taking.

Isn't the Plan Flexibility thing open to everyone now? It used to be a while ago that if you changed plans you may have had to extend contract, but Sprint made a big deal on how you can change plans and not extend your contract for everyone.

My Sprint Premier Rewards page on my account went from blank to having one 'Upgrade For You' link (that went to the standard page, no other text) and then back to blank. Since I still got a ways to go even before the year upgrade mark, I'll wait and just hope I become a 'full' Premier when the year comes around.

When I click on the Premier customers link I get the details about it .. so does that mean I am a "premier customer" or is it just a glitch? hmmm I have clicked on all the links on the premier page and they work.. If not that is ok I will still buy new phones more than i should
