I have a Unlimited Texting plan with Sprint. Recently I've been texting someone in Mexico, but these TXTs are being charged .20 cents per message (international txt) . Lets say I send these txts but by using the cellular's email of that person in MEX. Will it instead be charged as DOMESTIC TXT?
anyone know any of the emails of the Cellular providers in MEX?
MOVISTAR= number@correomovistar.net ( I haven't tried this one yet)

by using the email address of a cell phone, sending with AN EMAIL CLIENT, it will appear and be charged like an email, not an SMS (domestic or int'l). It would therefore be free IFF you have an unlimited data plan option.
however, if you use the email address but send using the SMS CLIENT, the answer is less clear... I don't really know... it could be viewed as a domestic SMS... and not all carriers support email via SMS...
why don't you try and report back...

oh one more thing...I sent my sis a txt and instead of using her mobile number I used the Sprint email ##########@messaging.sprintpcs.com when I checked the TXT on her cell phone and read the FROM section it came out as my ##########@messaging.sprintpcs.com. Is this what you meant by sending it from an email client? it automatically change itself on my Instinct as I was only sending it out as a txt from my side. WELL, ill see how my number appears on my friend's phone. these international messages fees accumulate so fast! :P
