Sadly this is what is expected when you deliver such Poor Service for years and years. You are then forced to give everything away and it becomes the Norm.

I hope they looked at that and decided to invest in good customer care and service instead.

I don't think they have. They've just started clamping down on the discounts and didn't improve the reason they had to give those discounts in the first place.

To the OP, what is your $ value to Sprint? What phone are you trying to get for free. Retention has changed big time, but they still throw a bone once in a while.

They still do offer phones for free or discounted, but for the most part, they just offer the new customer price, even if your not eligible for the $150, but it all depends on what plan your on, how many lines, how long you've been a customer, ect.
