I have the Instinct and I was wondering if there is a program to convert the videos to a useful PC format like AVI or MPGs?

you mean moving them from your phone to your computer and then converting them?

Yes, but I think I found my answer on how to do it. I had a program called Relay Convert and it converts the video files. The quality isn't good but I don't think it would get any better unless there is a better program to convert them.
