I've have my treo 800w for a few weeks now, and this might just be the final straw before i send it back. I had a friend try to send me a picture from their Verizon cell phone and it would not work, I then had another friend try to send a picture from their AT&T cell phone and that one did go through. What is the problem? Why would one work but not the other?

it seems like an issue on the verizon users end. because the fact that you recieved the att users message means the issue lies on verizons network delivering the message to you.

would it still be a verizon issue if i am unable to send a picture to them as well?

doesn't have to be one or the other, it could be the middle man that the message passes through to cross carriers. I have the same problem with a few Verizon customers... it's not that it doesn't go through, but that it takes upwards of 12 hours to arrive to my Centro

I submitted a trouble ticket to Sprint, last thursday i recieved an email stating that they forwarded my issued to a "special group" what the hell is that supposed to mean?

My sister has Version and it has not mattered what phone I have she does not get my picture mail. I receive hers. I dont know whats up. Dragonnfly

I was having the same type of problem - Verizon users would send me pics and they would take up to 12 hours to arrive on my Sprint Centro. Then if I sent pics/video to a Verizon user it sent with no error but they never received it...

I finally got someone in "Advanced Tech. Support" to fix it. We tried many things, and eventually he said "I had to rebuild your account". I got an email about an hour later saying they removed my entire plan, switched it to some seasonal plan, then re-added my entire plan. Everything works perfectly now, no more than five minutes to send or receive. You might need to try that also.. just hope there is nothing on your plan that could be lost.
