So I upraded my 700wx to 800w today without 2 year agreement. I am still 3-4 months from the $150 discount range and I didnt want to wait. I hope Sprint wont use this against me to change my SERO when my contract expires.

Instead of taking the risk, it may have been better to take the $75 you were eligible for and sign the 2 year contract.

i assume you would have signed a 2 year contract if you were eligible for the $150 rebate.
