Hi,
I posted this questions a day or 2 back. Few months back I added an additional line to share my minutes for 10 dollars. The rep said I can and sent me the phone and everything was ok till I received the bill where the minutes used by the additional line were considered overage minutes. they credited me back when I e-mailed them, This happened for three months, finally a customer rep got the bright idea and to fix the problem put the both the plans on free and clear plan that is 40+40 dollars instead of 40+10 without my authorization, When I e-mailed back sprint about it, they said I cant have a additional line with free and clear plan but finally came back and said we can give it to u if you cut down your minutes from 750 minutes to 700minutes and we will also remove the sprint2home that was offered to you. How do I rectify this problem, can i get out of the contract coz this wasnt the plan I agreed to and the fact they changed my plan without my authorization?? I like sprint so I want to stay with them, what should I do?? ANY HELP, I need to talk to them this weekend, so any info on this is appreciated..

Try not to let them get away with it. If they can't do what they promised, then ask them to cancel the second line and wave the ETF while restoring your original plan. Save your statements that show the overage charge because it proves they made the mistake (incase they refuse to fix it or wave the etf... you can show that to the BBB).

Thanks for your reply, the problem I have is I cant cancel the second line, Since I have given that number to most of the business contacts. thats why I am kinda in a catch 22.. cant disconnect at the same time cant be with the plan they gave me..
