My little sister is moving to Chattanooga, TN. I need to sign her up with a new cellphone. I was considering adding a line to her on my sprint account or getting cricket wireless for $45 unlimited minutes. How is the service of sprint in Chattanooga.. also how is Cricket wireless out there?

I live in the Chattanooga area. Sprint has excellent service in the city and most of the outer suburbs. In the surrounding rural areas, it is hit or miss. If you have free roaming, Verizon has great coverage in the rural areas so I can make calls anywhere around here. Cricket is in Chattanooga but does not have service outside the city.
