my katana dlx got's blank every few days in middle of talking I was already by a sprint store they tall me that the only way is that the can exchange me it the don't know how to fix it but I didn't want because I have a lot of 3rd party software and I didn't want to need to download it again
did somebody have the same problem or know how to resolve this ishou or is there a way to take down all software and put it on another the same phone ?

its a bug that some DLXs have. i am on my third one but everything fine since march.

never had your issue but similar issue while using data. sorry to say but you will need to download apps to new DLX if you want to replace it. i dont think there is any other way to download unless someone on SU has a suggestion.
i had to redownload onto my DLX three times since i am on my third. but the phone is really nice and can really do alot for a phone.
