Pro-700 Mobile Sync issue

I am trying to get into Mobile Sync, but it keeps telling me "your sprint mobile sync is being updated. Please check back later."

Anyone have any ideas why this is occuring??

Ray - I was having this same issue with my V950. The 'fix' ended up being that I had to connect to the internet once with the phone. This seemed to shake the mobile sync issue loose and I was able to activate it after that.

That's for everybody or if you have trouble, I just update in the computer my husband phone book and send the inf. to the phone and receive a message that said mobile sync. was updated the last time and gave me todays date and everything, but he mention me that he never see the phone keeps saying that mobile sync. is updating, but I saw that @ least once a day on my Moto V950 ?????:confused::confused::confused::confused:

Hi all,

I performed a master reset on the phone. I think the trick was having to start the internet service first and then the Mobile Sync. I don't have the data plan so I had turned it off the first time. Or I could be blowing it out my you-know-what, so take it for what it's worth.

I had the same problem for a week and a half. I was going in to get a hard reset and then I got a message about my mobile sync being updated right after I added a new contact. Not sure what fixed it but it kinda worked itself out.
