Please recommend a non-PDA handset for tethering

I would be grateful for some recommendations on which handset to choose for tethering. I know how easy it is to tether with a PDA phone, but I would like some suggestions specific to non-PDA phones. Thanks!

I am not sure what phones are good for PAM plans, but the way I understand the new plans is that you have to do a PRO pack/blackberry plan/standalone data plan in order to add the $15 Phone as a Modem attachable. All 3 of those plans require a PDA to my knowledge.

Older plans can do PAM for $39.99 on any phone that supports it.

I'm not sure the Muziq has an NAI turnoff option. The Samsung m610 (http://www.phonenews.com/phones/index.php/Samsung_%28Sprint%29#Samsung_M610)does and the m500 (http://www.phonenews.com/phones/index.php/Samsung_SPH-M500) also. See the tip and tricks sections in the above links. I could find no such information for the LG LX750 on that site, however, a recent post on this site indicates it is possible (http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=143991).

m500 and m510 are good too - never tried the 610 though

Excellent. This is exactly what I'm looking for, thank you. I really appreciate the links. Now my only concern is how difficult will it be to get the MSL number.
