:fingers:I waited until the 20th thinking I wanted the Instinct. After going to local sprint store and seeing what all it couldn't do- I decided against the Instinct.

I am looking for a phone that will work well for me. I have a small business and am constantly getting emails or texts from customers. I use outlook on the home pc and would like a phone to sync with outlook. I'd like to be able to view/edit word, excel, pdf files.

Ideally it will have:
Windows Mobile
Sprint Navigation
Camera phone
Keyboard (this 3 or 4 letters per key like my old phone is horrible)
Prefer Push (instead of pull-but may have to sacrifice)
Phone as a modem (but maybe all PDA's have this)

Other:
After talking to 4 different sprint stores and 3 different sprint ph operators they tell me.... to make calls while outside the US I would have to an international phone. Which I find odd because last summer while in canada I used my A920.... I just called ahead of time and paid the monthly CAN roaming fee. But now they say- No sir you werent supposed to be able to do that last summer.

After the instinct I thought well either the ACE or the Moto Q9c. Q9c seems to be out of stock. And the ACE- can't get a straight answer on Sprint Navigation. Plus the ACE I think may have some issues. Thats why I am asking you guys. I've spent so much time researching and talking to people that dont know what the heck they are talking about it isn't even funny! I'm ready to scream. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!!!! :fingers:

Everything you've stated has narrowed it down to the Mogul. These are what the windows phones support out of the box:

Mogul
----------------
+ Sprint Navigation
+ Windows Mobile
+ 2.0 MP Camera
+ QWERTY Keyboard
- Push email
+ Phone as Modem

Touch
----------------
- Sprint Navigation
+ Windows Mobile
+ 2.0 MP Camera
- QWERTY Keyboard
- Push email
+ Phone as Modem

Ace
----------------
- Sprint Navigation
+ Windows Mobile
- 2.0 MP Camera
+ QWERTY Keyboard
- Push email
+ Phone as Modem

Out of the box was the keyword. The touch can do GPS with a ROM update, and most windows can get a third party app to do push emails.

Here is the Wikipedia page on push email: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Push_e-mail#Windows_Mobile

Oh and if your interested in PAM, your looking at a $49.99 monthly add-on for older plans. Newer plans are only $15 add-on but you have to have a PRO pack ($30) and can't be used on any plans that bundle internet with them (Everythings, Talk/Message/Data Share plans)

Also I just read up on the 800W, Sprint is getting it very quickly. Here are the specs:

800w
----------------
+ Sprint Navigation
+ Windows Mobile
+ 2.0 MP Camera
+ QWERTY Keyboard
- Push email
+ Phone as Modem

I believe it will be around the same price as the Curve. Definitely something to consider if you think the mogul is too bulky/slow. It also has rev A out of the box (Mogul has an update for rev a)

Touch doesn't have a keyboard. Mogul does. And it has Wifi
