Sprint in their great customer service *sic* overcharged me for a few things, and when I got my new m520 and my wife's katana DLX they never used my upgrade $150. My question is because of this, can I upgrade my phone anytime I want, and just deal with having to extend my contract another 2yrs etc...
I checked online and on my phone where it says upgrade eligibility and it says both lines have that $150 still available. I even got a card in the mail saying I could upgrade.
I use my phone for calls, text, a little surfing, weather etc.....but I need a louder ringer, if the m520 doesnt fix its software so the ringer comes on without the 20 min wait, what phone would you suggest in the next 5-7 months that is coming out, worth the wait?
