I never take my card out but this little cover fails to fully click closed. since i have had this phone, which is probably a couple of months, the cover has only been opened a few times as i never take the card out.
a small problem but nevertheless a huge design flaw as it is really irritating and also problematic because due to the failure of the cover to close flush, small contaminants are able to get into the slot such as sand when you are at the beach, etc.
there is no problems wit the charging port cover. it does slightly enlarge lenghtwise over time but it still fits flush.
