The ringer isn't as loud should I try calling TEP and switching it out again? I mean it is real low compared to my old M1.

Plus the signal isn't as good.

There's a 30 day warranty on TEP'd replacement phones

Yea just tell them that you just got this phone, and the speaker is messed up

I called and since I already switched once I have to take it to the Sprint Store.
